Mommy mommy, let me play in the Conch again. I'll watch out for the sharp edges, I promise. We're back, barely. I hooked up David's old PC, but we're not soaring. It's got a 200 mhz processor, and PC Pitstop threw up all over me. No page updates from this thing, that's for sure. There's no way it could gum down Photoshop. The other computer (I almost called it "The old computer") is still in the shop. It might just be a corrupt E drive, which pisses me off because the E drive was a 20 gig Fujistu and only two years old. But the worst I'd lose is my mp3 collection. If the C drive is annihilated, there goes all my programs and my entire Mechadrake update. So for you loyal readers who haven't seen me around your local message boards, etc., I'm sorry. I talked a couple of entries ago about panhandling and it looks like I might have to do it after all. Hooray! But there'd be gifts, lovely gifts. The best of which will probably be a printed, bound and covered edition of BNF. :D Wouldn't that look lovely on your coffee table? All your friends could laugh at you. I'd much rather spend my time and money printing and binding TTYW since I think (so far) it's better written, but it's not done, so whoops. Speaking of which, there'll be new chapters soon. I got my groove back, but then this computer thing rattled me slightly. That, and I've been focusing way to much on original stuff. I'm going to make regular updates in the Conch again too, you lucky dogs. Whoop-whoop-whoop!
